To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

EV ARENA operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of electric vehicles. We do not own, sell, or purchase vehicles directly. We provide:

• A platform for authorized dealers to list vehicles for sale
• Vehicle information, specifications, and comparison tools
• Facilitation of communication between buyers and sellers

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Conduct your own due diligence before purchasing any vehicle
• Verify vehicle specifications, condition, and documentation
• Complete all transactions in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Arrange for proper insurance and registration

Seller Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete information about vehicles
• Disclose any known defects or issues
• Provide valid ownership documentation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

EV ARENA may charge fees for certain services. Payment terms for any fees will be clearly communicated at the time of service. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described for each service
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Accept that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time, with notice provided to users.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by EV ARENA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks or logos without written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EV ARENA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

We do not endorse any vehicle, dealer, or service listed on our Platform and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any transaction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EV ARENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss or damage to property
• Personal injury or death arising from use of listed vehicles
• Costs incurred in connection with disputes

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EV ARENA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will cease immediately
• You must stop all activities authorized by these Terms
• We may delete your account and any data associated with it

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Laos, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation, if negotiation fails
• Final and binding arbitration in Vientiane, Laos

EV ARENA reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
